Amadeus builds critical solutions that help airlines and airports, hotels and railways, search engines, travel agencies, tour operators and other travel players to run their operations and improve the travel experience all over the world.

As a senior implementation engineer and a project manager my role is to manage and support the implementation of Amadeus e-commerce products for airlines in Latin America. This involves customer facing responsibilities, coordination with other internal teams, project management as well as solution management and development using web technologies (Javascript and CSS).

The team is working with Scrum framework. In this context, I am embracing, as well, the role of Scrum Master.

Corporate IT division of Amadeus s.a.s manages corporate online booking tools. In the context of AGILE transformation, my role, as a change agent, was to make this transformation smooth and successful by proposing new creative and efficient processes and provide facilitation technics and coaching for the teams in the department.

In the Consulting and Release Management (CRM) team, it was part of my responsibilities to provide project management support and coordination within R&D.

AUSY is an international Consulting and Engineering firm in Advanced Technologies. I was working as a JAVA software development for Amadeus s.a.s and as a TPDS coordinator.
